This site was developed, and is maintained, by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) for use by the electric utility industry. To fully utilize the site, you must complete this account application page and submit it the USFWS by clicking the "Save Acct. Settings" button below. After you enter your new password, select a "Secret Question" and enter your "Secret Answer". This information will be used to further secure your account, and provide you the ability to retrieve lost account information on-line. When you are finished, click the "Continue" button.

The format of your password must match the following pattern:
  • Length: Between 8 and 20 characters.
  • Include at least one lower case letter (a-z).
  • Include at least one upper case letter (A-Z).
  • Include at least one number (0-9).
  • Do not include any spaces.
